1. Services

The Loft Studio offers event and photography rentals as well as memberships in Lehi, Utah County, Utah.

2. Cancellations

Rescheduling can be done without a fee if we have 48 hours or more notice.

Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee of $35.
Purchased time may be rescheudle for another date within 45 days of originally scheduled session.

Session cannot be cancelled day of and results in a loss of hours. No refunds on hours unused.

If needing to cancel session, only rescheduling is permissible, no credits for future use.

Clients may cancel appointments at any time, but deposits are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance and transfer their deposit to the new appointment.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of an appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Payments

Clients may pay using Stripe (credit/debit). By booking services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in full, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, and layout, is the property of The Lost Studio LLC and protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

5. No Guarantees

While we aim for full satisfaction, results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Loft Studio LLC is not liable for:

Any indirect or incidental damages

Any loss of data, income, or business opportunities

Events beyond our reasonable control

7. Age Restrictions

This website and our services are intended for users 18 years of age or older.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Utah County, Utah.
