Breathwork & Guided Imagery Meditation

What is breathwork?

“Breathwork is like 20 years of therapy in 1 night without saying a word.”

BREATHWORK is a highly effective and powerful tool for directly accessing the subconscious mind and releasing any stored negative memories, emotions, stagnant energy, and trauma that might be trapped in the body.

These energetic blockages hinder our spiritual growth, drain our energy, give us brain fog, and affect our physical and mental well-being, which can eventually evolve from fatigue into dis-ease or illness. 

By oxygenating the entire body using a very specific breathwork technique, we are able to tap into the unconscious parts of the body where these blockages reside in the form of stagnant energy.

For the STILL meditation, be sure to bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat to make the most of your experience!

For the MOVEMENT meditation, wear something comfortable and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

What is Guided Imagery Meditation?

Guided imagery is led by the instructor to help you get into a deep meditative state. It is “less work” than breathwork and usually involves resting on your back on a yoga mat, so wear something comfortable and bring a blanket and pillow! While there may still be some breathing exercises and maybe a few yoga stretches, these courses are much more relaxing and still. Each class is unique so please see our class descriptions below!
